SGC STRINGS REFUND POLICY

 

At SGC Strings, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of guitar strings and the fact that they are sealed, personal-use items, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

 

Refunds are available only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was sent. We do not offer refunds for:

 

Change of mind after purchase

 

Incorrect gauge or type ordered by the customer

 

Opened or used strings

 

Shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If you receive an item that is physically damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. You will need to provide the following:

Incorrect Orders
