SGC STRINGS REFUND POLICY
At SGC Strings, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of guitar strings and the fact that they are sealed, personal-use items, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item was sent. We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect gauge or type ordered by the customer
Opened or used strings
Shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is physically damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. You will need to provide the following:
Your order number
Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage
A description of the issue
Once reviewed, if the claim is approved, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
Incorrect Orders
If we accidentally ship the wrong product (e.g., incorrect gauge or model), we will take full responsibility. In such cases:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
We will either send the correct item or issue a refund
You may be asked to return the incorrect item; if so, return shipping will be covered by us
